Jeremy Spurlin

I was born and raised in beautiful Polk County.  I’m a true local I guess you can say. My family has worked and lived here for generations, so I know this place better than anyone. Tiffany and I are raising our 4-year-old daughter here and we wouldn’t want it any other way. Plain and simple we love it here. There is no other place I’d rather call home than right here. This is paradise.

I graduated from Polk County High School and immediately began working at Advanced Cleaning Systems. I worked there for many years before the opportunity arose to buy the owner out and take over the company myself. Since then, I have grown it into a very successful company. We specialize in getting homes ready to go on the market for sale or getting a recently purchased home ready to move into for a new family to make new memories. It was time to branch out into a new venture and real estate was a natural fit for me. I really enjoy working with people so helping them sell or buy a new place to call home in a place I have always called home was the right move and Walker, Wallace and Emerson Realty was the right place for me.

 At the end of the day my main goal is to go the extra mile for my clients and do whatever it takes to make the whole home buying or selling process seamless and effortless on their part. Being a local I know this place very well and I’d love to introduce it to you!
